Ronnie Shellist at www. harmonica123.com has some very good  beginner 
material available on DVD, and plenty more for when you are ready to  advance 
further.  He also does phone/skype/internet lessons.  Look  him up on YouTube.  
Ronnie is an internationally known instructor &  monster blues player who 
represented Suzuki Harmonica at the last SPAH  convention, and also at the 
most recent NAMM show.  Makes his  living 100% from playing and teaching 
harmonica.  He's a friend from here  in Colorado but I have no financial 
interest, tell him I sent  you.
 
Dave Barrett from harmonicamasterclass.com is well known.  Primarily  a 
blues instructor.
 
Michael Rubin from Austin who does the "Meat & Potatoes" YouTube  Lessons 
is another, of the three he gets more into teaching other  styles.  Many 
others as well, might be a good one in your back  yard.
