Re: [Harp-L] key label stickers
I buy a box of sheets of one-inch dots at the local office supply
store and write the key name on with a Sharpie pen. This is low tech,
but cheap, fast and easy. I put my stickers on the top coverplate so I
know at a glance what key and if it is right side up. You can put a
second sticker on the cover plate for 2nd (other) position as a further
prompt. Smaller stickers are available if you want to mark the ends.
Cf. Office Depot, Office Max etc.
When I pass out two harp keys in a harp class, I also pass out the
stickers so students can know at a glance if they have a C harp or G
harp with a sticker on the harp box and on the harp cover plate.
These stickers handy to mark up a small portable keyboard if you need
to show students where the blow/draw notes and bends are using
different colors.
Hope this helps.
Phil
