I wondered about this too, from the perspective of "what if you wanted
to sing with some vocal effects, and play harp with some harp effects,
through the same unit". Could the RP or Vx handle both to any extent?
If so I could see hitting the footswitch to move from the harp effect to
the vocal one when it's time to sing, and vice versa. Either with a
separate mic for each (for example if you were playing racked acoustic
with a guitar and a mic on the racked harp, strnad or something and a
vocal mic) or in an electric setting where you want to use one mic for
both harp and vocals (SM58, Fireball fit the bill).

Richard,
any impression on the digitech Vx series?
It seem like the RP but directed to voice.
Any info will be ïvery helpful.
