There is a Blues festival called "Blues en Seine" which usually takes place
approx. at these dates, but I don't know for this year.
You should find its location and dates easily (if there is no resource in
English, don't hesitate to ask, I'll check for you).
Concerning clubs, if you're looking for Blues, check for L'Utopia, as Robert
Koch proposed.
