Yes; tongue block and tongue switching produce accordion-esque sounds. Also, try using XB40s; much louder, fatter and fruitier than the hungry liittle 20 reed.

You can set a harmonic octave generator (HOG) to give this effect on 
single notes. A much cheaper solution is to simply play the octave above 
or below for each note. A little tongue work can very effectively 
imitate the multi-reed sound of an accordion. With tongue-blocking, you 
can play an open chord and then narrow down to a single note; the 
alternating chord-note pattern has always reminded me of the accordion 
(or maybe a pipe organ, depending on other factors).
