Hi Sam,
You can probably just take one with you to your local hardware store and
ask them to match it up for you. Make sure you use brass or stainless
steel, as plain steel will rust.
OR, you can drill and tap per George's recommendations , but I wouldn't
recommend that for the not-so-mechanically inclined. I don't know if
you have any experience with that sort of thing or not.
Hey, and if you're REAL handy around the house (like Red Green) you can
probably just use some Elmer's glue and duct tape. ....just kidding
man, don't do that.
