[Harp-L] Yahoo Group web posting/ bcc clarification

As of February of this year direct web posting from the harp-l-archive
Yahoo Group.  Used to be you could use forward as a work around to post as
long as you were subscribed to both groups.  Nop longer possible, forward
was disabled by Yahoo because spammers were using the feature to spam
lists.

A while back I had expressed doubt that auto bcc would work on harp-l
posts worrying that our bcc rules would cause the post to be held. 
Reading the bcc rules more closely I now realise that this is not the
case.  Auto bcc will work so if you're a compulsive person being driven
crazy by the quirks of gmail you can use auto bcc to get your copy back so
it works like other e-mail.  If you just want to know your post was
received at the list use ack.  This is  user configurable option that
acknowledges receipt of your post.  harp-l-listowner
