Subject: [Harp-L] B radical



Don't quite know what you mean by 'rumblings'?  Many people are  playing 
(and loving) them. I got to check out Dave Payne's personal (engraved)  B-Rad 
at SPAH....which he'd just gotten, btw...it is an instrument of stunning  
beauty. The photos and 'hype' don't do it real justice. I can't wait for my  
pre-ordered two (I opted for engraving as well which I knew would add  to the 
delay) and am assured by Dave are close to completion.  Since I don't yet 
play diatonics regularly  and am compiling a collection  of 'good' diatonics 
for when I do decide to take up diatonic playing more fully,  I haven't been 
impatient. They will be well worth the wait.
