I got sick Sunday night following the convention, started coughing on  
the second leg of my flight back, and unlike most spah attendees, I  
was getting a good night's sleep every night. I missed work for a full  
week. Just now getting my usual energy back. I absolutely love spah,  
and don't usually get sick after attending, but this year was  
special ;-).

Thinking back, the only harmonica sharing I did was way back on  
Wednesday, so I think maybe that was not to blame in my case.
