Great singer & great song with cool harp. The harmonica player is not
simply on a short leash here, Ben Edwards is clearly playing an
arrangement which complements the tune, whether of his own devising
or at the behest of the artist / producer. On commercial studio
sessions it's normal when overdubbing to record a bunch of takes and
then edit them, usually dumping loads of superfluous stuff to build
an arrangement which fits the song. When performing with other
musicians, creating a harmonica arrangement for whatever you find
yourself playing is the way to go in my opinion,
