Well...
It depends on how "Hi-Fi" you want to get!
If you simply want to record your harmonica, most ANY mic will work. There  
are some GREAT videos on "Youtube" recorded with the built-in mic on 
someone's  mobile phone.
But if you are setting up a multi-track recording studio...
You will need different mics for each application.
There are tens of thousands of choices!.
But you do NOT need a $3,000 mic to get a decent recording... Like you  
don't need a "Renny" or a "Silver Concerto" to play good music on chromatic  
harmonica. A well set up "270" can be  just fine... Good kit  just helps...
