Of course, I "get" the SBS tuning!
 
It is simply, that a simpleton like me finds it hard to cope with  
"different" tunings...
 
I THINK of  a note... And it's there on my harmonica.... But if the  harp 
has an "alternate" tuning... IT ISN'T THERE.
.
That note simply isn't where I expect to be.
 
NO MORE NO LESS...
 
If you CAN cope with different tunings, then use them. GOOD FOR YOU!
