They sent me a confirmation # the dayÂI ordered it. I noticed they had spelled 
my last name wrong. soÂI called that immediately. They fixed it and said it was 
taken care of on the order and the card. 

When I didnât see the charge posted this week I called to check They said they 
donât charge until its ready to ship. 

If they would have said it would take three weeks I wouldnât keep bugging them, 
but twice they said it would be her this week.. 

I feel like if I call them again I never get the parts.

I ordered a comb and two 260 mouthpieces and the charge showed up almost 
immediately. 

Too soon yet for the items to have arrived.

Has any one here had problems ordering parts from Hohners service dept?
I order a comb and wind savers last week by phone, they said I would have it by 
wednesday and it hasnât even hit my credit card yet. I called once again and 
e-mailed twice inquiring with no responses? 

Is there a better place to get parts?
