Self-confidence is an important thing too. Sometimes that nasty little man that sits on your shoulder can be very destructive and stop you performing at your best and also prevent you from acknowledging your successes.

The great thing about performing is that you get a response from your listeners, so listen to that applause and the people that give you the positive nods and comments when you come off. Remember too that the more you put yourself out there, the more comfortable you'll feel and as you start to relax more on stage, then the more that you'll be able to find the greater fluency that you've got when you're relaxed and practicing at home.
