I carry these harps:

A, Bb, C, D, F, G (main)
 A, Bb, C, D, F, G (backups, within reach)

Also Ab, E, Eb, Low D and Low F

I carry multiple backups for A, D, and C in my gear bag.  There may be a B
harp in there somewhere

So, I bring a total of about 25 harps to every gig.  The harps are
mosty Special 20, plus a mix of Marine Band, Marine Band Deluxe, and
Crossover.  I play strictly Chicago style blues these days.
