Well, I have a set of   "270"s (Super Chromonicas) by Hohner  in every 
major key, plus a tenor "C". 
 
But 3 of them had to be customised because "from the  factory" only 9 keys 
are, or WERE, available. The same applies to  their CX-12 harps.
 
However,  _www.harponline.de_ (http://www.harponline.de)   and 
_http://www.antonydannecker.com/_ (http://www.antonydannecker.com/)     (among others), 
can "custom" supply them in all 12 keys, as far as I know.
 
Otherwise,  C.A.Seydel, Sohne,  will build  their 12 hole chromatic 
harmonicas with any tuning that the customer  requires, again as far as I know.
