Not the first Bad News Brown video I've seen but certainly by far and 
away the best.  Was that 4th position on a low F# key of B minor?  My 
first thought was 3rd on an A but it wasn't quite right and a B minor 
harp has the wrong voicing.  I don't have a low F# to try it against. 
Definitely impressive in terms of production values and musicianship. fjm
