I found that any of the low keyed Special 20 harps have a probllem  
with the lower draw reeds hitting the cover plate.  It sounds like a  
kazoo.  You can "expand" (bend) the bottom plate by smacking it with  
a screwdriver & hammer in the appropriate location.  Seydel Low Eb  
would already have the bottom cover plate "expanded" so the reed  
won't hit the cover.
