[Harp-L] Amp madness..

I bought recently a Epiphone valve jr...i really love the sound, with the
shure bullet, with the Shure pistol and a custom mic some fellow send me,
but when i use it with the band.,,i really hate that i dont hear all the
notes i'm playing.. The sound just make me play so traditional and
predictable that i get bored. At the end..i just end up using my vocal
mic...and playing the heck out it. I know how to deliver, to control
feedback and lower my volume playing...But i want the smoothness of an amp..
aM I In trouble?  What should i do?
