I recall someone suggesting (partly in jest) that a single-reed harmonica was needed with all the notes obtained by bending. This fellow has accomplished that with a tree leaf instead of a brass reed. It is a demonstration of the power of embouchure.
When I was a kid, we would blow a blade of grass held between our thumbs and make a squawk whose pitch we could change by varying the tension. However, it was nothing like this.
I speculate that he would have a terrific tone if he ever took up the harmonica.
