Hi,
as I work on servers I saw books, tutorials from Tom Ball, Gindick,
David Barett,  Lonne Joe Howell, P. Butterfield.
If the copyright or publisher right owner mails the domain/site owner 
the admin should remove the materials.
I don't post the urls as this list is open but if I can help the authors
I can send the urls out of list.
