[Harp-L] Free Online Jam - Amateurs only

You say you're a beginner but you really want to let the world hear you
play? You say you're a back porch player but would like to broaden your
horizons and improve your chops? You say you live in BugTussle fifty miles
from the Interstate and a hundred miles from another musician? You say you
want to learn how to do the online jam thing but you're really not ready for
the big time like HarmonicaJam.com . Friend, I have a solution for you.
Beginning now, through the month of July, 2010, the Route 66 Harmonica Club
will allow any amateur harmonica player to submit their work to our online
jam room at http://r66hc.blogspot.com/p/jam-room.html . Here are the
rules:

1.	You have to be an amateur. That means that you have never gigged
for money. Period.
2.	By submitting it, you release all rights to your work in connection
with its appearance on our website.
3.	You have to obey copyright laws. There are two acceptable ways to
post. If you are playing original work or something in the public domain,
establish an account at Sutros.com (it takes less than five minutes), upload
your MP3 and e-mail the link to tulsaharps@xxxxxxxx If you are playing a
cover, it is possible that your performance can still be posted through
YouTube. In that case, establish a YouTube account and upload it there. If
they publish it, send us the link. If it's not obscene or in bad taste, it
is highly likely that your work will be posted in the jam room for several
days, plenty of time for your friends and family to hear it and for anyone
who wants to comment on it.
4.	The webmaster (that's me) reserves the absolute right to post or
refuse to post any submission and to remove posted submissions or comments
to them at will without explanation.
5.	The webmaster reserves the right to rescind this offer at any time
and to refuse to post any more submissions if there are too many.
6.	The webmaster and The Route 66 Harmonica Club accept no
responsibility for anything that happens in connection with this offer.

So, if you want to get your feet wet in the online jam movement, this is
your opportunity courtesy of the Route 66 Harmonica Club of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

It's gonna be a long summer. Let's have a little fun under the AC and get
to know each other's work better.
