[Harp-L] II V



When playing over II7 V7 changes you can use the diminished scale built on the 
b9 of the V chord this works over the II7b5 V7 as well. The exception would be
if it was a V9. I use this device a lot on the Esther Boyer College of Music
Temple University videos. The changes are from the real book.

P.S. On the IIb5 a nice device instead of the locrian is the phrygian. It would give you more 
colour. The bmin7b5 would use the phrygian efgabcd. The scale is the colour.
