Two things, Elizabeth:

One, I think it's BBQ Bob Maglinte who wholeheartedly recommends vocal 
lessons for ~all~ blues harp players. Bob?

Second Kim Wilson hisself says that blues harpers gotta sing if they 
want to get anywhere in the music world.
