if you are interested in lessons, by computer (via Skype), contact  
Chris Michalek a/k/a Buddha, He is a very advanced player and a very  
knowledgeable musician. But he  is also a very good teacher with  
patience and the willingness and ability to instruct effectively at  
all levels including basic beginners.

Adam Gussow's YouTube videos are filled with useful information (and  
they are free).

A lot of people like Dave Barrett's instructional materials.  Those  
that I've seen provide very sound information.
