I don't use this tuning myself but the obvious tune that comes to mind is
Georgia On My Mind - in F I think and using a Bb harp CT tuning in second
position.
The most famous user of the country tuned harp is Charlie McCoy, if you
check out his website http://www.charliemccoy.com/ and go to 'recordings'
you can download a song list which details all of his recordings, the keys
they're in and what harps he uses.
