[Harp-L] Where to buy and Jimi Lee groove tracks

I've been having good luck buying harps from Rockin Ron's music 4 less,

and I've been enjoying the Jimi Lee groove tracks too.

I do have a question, though.  Can anyone explain the difference between the
various grooves Jimi plays?  What makes a shuffle a shuffle, a swing a
swing...?
