Guys who use OBs a lot. Some of them have sweet tone, but I wouldn't call it
a fat tone.
So you also believe TB'd notes give a better sound than a pucker player?

It depends on who's playing, but the better players who TB have a deeper
tone. I'm not saying better tone - I mean I prefer it, but that's a
subjective issue. Pucker playing is appropriate and better in certain
genres.
