Of course.  I would think part of the fun of being on a harmonica  
list would be discussing what issues the various types of harmonicas  
have in various types of music.

I like bends and overblows.  I don't always like how they are used.   
Related but different issues.  I also like vibrato, I also don't  
always like how it is used.

I addressed the musician question because it is essentially  
unanswerable.  It depends on definitions which can only be defined by  
the individual, but it seemed like it was being stated as every bit  
the absolute EV's original statement about overblows was being read as.
