Nor do I like "the best" or "the greatest" monikers but Guy Van Duser is mindblowingly amazing. One of his showpieces is "Starts & Stripes Forever"  (playing the whole marching bands parts on guitar. I couldn't find it anywhere but here's a youtube of one of his admirers doing a pretty good job with Guy's arrangement:
