Well it appears that my move to the middle east in April resulted in
some weird domain name spam filtering at the US end.

That's why Chuck hasn't received my emails - but thanks to Danny for
helping us to hook up again. Chuck has an excellent reputation and has
always been great to communicate with, so the radio silence was
freaking me out. I may still have to send these emails via Danny, but
hopefully now things are squared.
