Just found this listing for the Vox Mini3 on the Elderly Instruments website:
******************************
VOX MINI 3 PORTABLE AMPLIFIER
Includes 11 amp models from sparkling clean to over the top distortion including a non-distorting clean setting that is great for acoustic instruments and keyboards. Built in effects include a compressor, chorus, flanger, tremolo, delay and reverb. Standard 1/4" input, 1/4" mic input with separate volume and reverb/delay controls, 1/8" aux input for MP3 players, 1/8" headphone jack, built-in tuner, 3 watts, an 8 ohm 5" speaker, removable carrying strap, AC power supply included and may be operated with 6 AA batteries. Black covering with black grill cloth.
on order, expected arrival date unknown
sku: VM3-BLK .. black covering .. list $180.00 ours $99.99 buy
*******************************
$99 is a good price. Howevr, the DA5 is a 6 watt amp with a larger speaker, so the DA5 is probably a louder amp than the Mini3.
Also note the the Mini3 has a headphone out but no line out--so you can't take the output directly to a PA, which you can do with the DA5.
I think I'll stick with the DA5.
