Geez, man....James Cotton still lives & breathes. Direct line from SBWII, always had his own distinctive sound, played with the greats, built his own career, has had great longevity, one of the most influential players you'll find.

We've had several discussions about what constitutes being a "Pro" harp
player, but I'm curious who we would name as the top pro guys, regardless of
what criteria we may use.


In no particular order, my list would begin something like this:

-Kim Wilson
-Jason Ricci
-Charlie Musselwhite
-Mark Hummel
-RJ Mischo
-Rod Piazza
-Tom Ball
-John Nemeth

This is nowhere near complete.  Who would you classify as a pro blues harp
player?
