FYI: Public domain now starts with music published before 1923.
There are a lot of really great songs that fit into that category.

The Dover collections -- specializing in public domain music -- feature 
piano/vocal arrangements making it relatively easy to figure out the melody and 
chord and bass lines.   So if you can't find   prearranged harp trio 
scores, this might be a good and easy place to start.
