I'm was going to say it could've been Don Brooks you heard. Based
upon "two degrees of separation". Steve Young had a strong connection to
Waylon Jennings and I believe Don played on Waylon's stuff.
However, I just checked out the personnel on Steve's "Seven Bridges Road"
album and Charlie McCoy is listed as the harpist. And "Montgomery in the
Rain" is on that album
