It's Jr. Wells on harp and Buddy Guy on guitar -- a repeated vamp from their Delmark recording of "Good Mornin' Little Schoolgirl." Thankfully the people at Pfizer opted to use only an instrumental section... the lyrics, in the context of a Viagra ad, would have been decidedly inappropriate! :)
