RE: [Harp-L] Blues playing in the key of F

That's interesting - using low F in third position for Gm. I need to
try that sound out.

I prefer a high "F" for the lively blues/shuffle/swingie songs in C, the
low F is much too dark for those. Now, Gm is a different story, though
-- that's where the low F really sings. Hope this info helps.

For Blues playing in the key of C with an F harmonica, which is
preferable, regular F (high comparable to C or D harmonica) or low F? I
have been playing for about a year now and may need this key soon. I
play blues, rock, and gospel. Any thoughts from anyone?
