Start with the basics. You can always expand from there. Here is a link
to "the circle of fifths". Memorize it just like you memorized the face
of a clock when you were a youngster

Ignore the inner circle of minors. (for the time being) If the song is
being played in C, you can use your C harp to play in first position or
your F harp to play in second position. If the song is in Cm, you can
use your Bb harp to play in third position and it will work quite
nicely. (If the song is being played in Dm, you can use your C harp in
third position) Carry that same logic to any point on the circle. There
are, of course, many more positions and methods you can use but I think
this will give you plenty to chew on as a beginner. And above all, have
fun with it.
