Finally got a listen. Awesome Brendon, just awesome. Even though I only saw the commercial once (I watch mostly public television sop I don't see that many) but I am sure that it is not you in the Chase commerical. It's not style or technique or skill that is the tell, it's a different voice. 
I still think it's actually Stevie Wonder, or Rich LIttle impersonating Stevie Wonder.... or maybe that dude from Police Academy that can do the Jimmi Hendrix guitar solos and helicopter sounds with his mouth and whatnot. Michael Winslow, that's his name. 

So, Rich Little, Michael Winslow or Stevie Wonder. I'm leaning toward Stevie.
