[Harp-L] Tabs editor

Hi

There's a great new harp tabs editor out there, written by Oli Weiss. 
Though parts of the program (especially the "help " menu) are still 
only available in german the program is mostly self explanatory. I'm 
not sure if Oli is a member of this list, however he'll be happy to 
get feedback from you.
