And nice rendition of Bluesette.... I don't usually pipe up with the "hear hear" chorus of hosannahs, but this guy is one of most impressive "unknowns" I've heard. Even amongst the "knowns" he's pretty damn good. A compelling diatonic jazz player is a rare breed to come by....

Finally, someone who is content to work the lower 2/3rds of a diatonic, using all the notes created through bending techniques as notes - fearlessly - and a minimum of OB's - and plays lines - not fast patterns - also paying strict attention to the melody. Also, playing into the "air" - no amplified effects/sounds. His playing I find to be truly egoless, letting the music tell the story. Also, he shows a good deal of attention paid to playing the changes and understanding improv at a sophisticated level.
