Hi.  I am in a 4 peice band.  we all have in-ears.  they'dre wonderful.  
No feedback, each has an individual volume control and we have two 
mixes, so that the drummer and I are on one channel and the bass and 
guitar are on the other.  It's a treat to my ears.  Also I'm blind, so 
the sound person can give me the next song, without the audience 
hearing.  a worthwhile investment.
