[Harp-L] GSHC Harmonica Festival Publicity Update

Great news that the room rate is still in full force! Val & Phil are on the
ball taking care of business and even Santa himself is keeping it real in
the hood! Thanks to "Danny G" for giving the heads up right away.

Even greater news that the first block of rooms have sold out! This
harmonica party is gonna be awesome!

The line-up of performers is pretty much set but actual schedule times and
dates are still in progress. Be sure to go to
www.gardenstateharmonicaclub.org for full information and registration.

The seminar and workshop schedules are also in the works but I do have some
great early news for the blue lovers that GSHC is hoping to attract to the
festival. There will be at least 2 blues related seminars during the day
Thurs & Fri. and a special Saturday morning blues program. All 3 nights will
have organized blues jams! The grand master of the blues jams Mr. Buzz
Krantz is coming to town to set the "tone" that he is famous for. Great
blues jams are a combination of many things. The most important ingredient
is FUN! I guarantee that there will be a lot of laughs and hot licks being
passed around late night at the Holiday Inn in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ on
November 19th, 20th & 21st.

If blues isn't your thing don't be concerned. There is a full course of
alternatives on tap for all 3 days. The GSHC has a rich and full history of
being very chromatic in nature. That tradition will continue in full force.
Once again I direct you to the website to keep abreast of all the
happenings as we closer to show time. www.gardenstateharmonicaclub.org

Please be sure to help pass the word along to anyone in your address book
that loves the harmonica. Only two months away after this weekend. Let's
celebrate the harmonica and the upcoming holiday season together with
friends of a feather!
