I don't know if this will answer your questions, but you can go to the  
Seydel website. Seydel has posted a note frequency chart including cycles per  
second for each pitch, and the range of the harmonicas.

Unfortunately, Seydel doesn't make bass or chord harps. You might try  
Hohner for the frequency information on those harps.
