You've discoverd the Web site of my man G, who is based, I think in Australia. Yup, a very good resource. Here's a similar one, though more technical and geared to diatonics,My Quill's Harmonica Refrence:

There are dozens of Online harmonica teaching resources, many of which are geared toward learning Jazz. You're going to find, however, that most free online lessons will be geared to the total beginner and will not take you too deep your topics. You may want to search through YouTube as well, since there tons of great players offering harmonica lesson videos there (though I have not searched for chromatic jazz lessons there).
