[Harp-L] JJ Milteau new double cd

Are there any reasons for those already owning JJ Milteau´s recorded stuff to invest in this collction? (I´m not an completist, so let´s disregard that.) 
  It seems as if it consists of already published material.

and delight in the amount of stuff that he has recorded with a voice of his own.
 
  At 0.29 min. in this video there is a picture of a guy who does not look happy at all listening to JJM -- who is this?
  Vaguely familiar looking, a Frog, presumably, but after Charles Trenet et al to little of French music travels North ...
