[Harp-L] Upcoming Chicago gigs

Hello all,

I play harp, sing & front The Magic Frank Blues Band and we've got a couple of interesting Chicago gigs coming up over the next week--come check us out!

On Friday, November 13 we play at the legendary Wise Fools Pub on Lincoln Avenue--we're very excited to be taking the stage at this venue, which is hallowed ground in the North Side Chicago blues scene.  http://www.wisefoolspub.com

On Tuesday, November 17 we'll be playing at a very unique event: we're the house band for a Chicago-themed cooking show, staged at the gorgeous Copernicus Theater.  This will be a terrific event featuring dozens of food vendors, wine & beer tastings, food sampling, live blues, cooking demonstrations by world-renowned chefs....all for a very low entrance price.  The organizer of the event is determined to give it a Chicago blues presence so he wanted to hire a band with a classic Chicago blues line-up of guitar, harp, etc.  The best part of the deal is that the band will be sampling and judging the delicacies prepared live on  stage during the cooking demonstrations.
