[Harp-L] Charlie McCoy on tonight's CMAs.
Hello, Charlie McCoy was not only on tonight's CMA awards, but he was
inducted into the hall of fame of country music, along with Roy Clark.
Charlie played harp on When Country Wasn't Cool. This was a Barbra Mandrel
song, though it wasn't her singing tonight. His playing was impressive as
always. You'll probably be able to pull up this performance tomorrow on
Youtube, just like everything else in the world. If you taped the CMA awards
for later watching on your TVO or DVR device, he plays right after Taylor
Swift played solo acoustic with her twelve-string guitar and had the whole
audience singing along with her song.
