[Harp-L] an accomplishment confused?

If you read my previous post on this subject and you found it confusing
just reply to this one and I'll provide you with a clearer explanation off
list.  Thanks and apologies to anyone who I confused with the previous
note.  The World Harmonica Championships and artists/art separation of the
two are of course completely on topic and welcome subjects for this list.
