Hey Abner,
Your cheat sheet is accurate. However a MUCH more useful cheat sheet for harp players, IMO, is the good old Circle of Fifths.
Circle of Fifths
C
F G
Bb D
Eb A
Ab E
Db B
F#
You can find the correct harp for any key song in any position you like. It's a great musican's tool.
If you know the song key, say G, to play in first you would of course pick up a G harp. Look one to left (counter clockwise), and there's C, your 2nd position harp, another notch to the left F, is your third position harp, etc. right around the circle.
What harp would you pick up if you wanted to play in fifth position over a song in G? Count five, starting with the G..... G-C-F-Bb-Eb. Pick up your Eb harp. Easy.
Conversely, if you have a harp and you want to know what key you are in when you're playing in a position other than first... you simply count in the other direction. You have your G harp and are playing in 3rd... what key are you in? G-D-A... You're in A.
Learn to love the Circle of Fifths. It 's compact and accurate. I always have a copy in my harp case for quick refrence.

Can you guys confirm that this is correct..
I'm sure it is, I forget where I got it from and I would love to see it in 3rd position and maybe a 4th ...
